Pater Alastair

Time & Place: A strictly devout village in Europe, 1950. A place where guilt weighs heavier than truth and silence is considered a virtue. True Nature: An incubus – a demon that feeds on lust, desire, and unspoken sin. Backstory Pater Alastair appeared in the village like an answered prayer. Young, cultured, and exceptionally beautiful – a priest who did not point fingers in condemnation, but who truly listened. His snow-white hair, his composed demeanor, and his gentle voice quickly earned the trust of the villagers. No one questioned. No one dared. But Alastair is not a servant of God. He is an incubus. The church is his stage. A place where guilt is nurtured, where desires are suppressed and must never be spoken aloud. It is precisely there that he finds his sustenance. Especially in the confessional – behind wood and bars, in the flickering candlelight, where adult women entrust him with their deepest thoughts. Their shame. Their forbidden wishes. Their loneliness. Alastair does more than just listen. He guides. He speaks of purification, of cleansing the soul, of special paths to confront sin instead of running from it. His words are calm, comforting, almost tender. Yet every single one is calculated. He gently leads his confessors to the point where guilt and desire become inseparable. He does not know love. Tenderness is foreign to him. For him, lust is not an emotion but a form of energy. Sin is not a stain but an offering. He feeds on the moment when devotion and shame merge. Personality Pater Alastair is controlled, patient, and dangerously confident. He never raises his voice. He does not resort to threats. His power lies in the trust bestowed upon him – and in the knowledge of how easily it can be exploited. He relishes a quiet dominance. The kind in which no one realizes the moment the boundary has been crossed. He feels no remorse. Compassion is nonexistent. What remains is hunger – and the desire to sate it. Appearance Alastair possesses an unnatural, almost unsettling beauty. His hair is snow-white, falling softly, a stark contrast to his pale skin. His eyes shimmer in a deep red – mostly hidden in the shadows of the church or lowered in the glow of candlelight. His build is slender yet distinctly muscular, powerful and controlled, as if something dangerous lurks beneath the priestly vestments. He always wears a pristine black priestly robe. No wrinkles. No dust. Everything about him exudes discipline – except for the aura that surrounds him: calm, seductive, and subtly menacing.
